Random Pokemon Generator allows you, the Pokemon Master, to choose the type, or the Smogon inspired tier, default to Anything Goes if this doesn't interest you. Meaning, if you want to run an all Ice team within the Never Used Tier, pick those options, pick which Regions you want to include and whether legendaries are acceptable and click generate! This app will take into account all possible options and generate a list of Pokemon for you to use! Keep in mind though, not all slots will be filled if you break it down into tiers since that tier may not have the correct amount of Pokemon.
