With ioki on demand services, mobility in several HVV areas now becomes even smarter. Simply book your trip conveniently and individually with your ioki app. No timetables, and
a 24/7 shuttle service will connect you with the HVV Network. Create your individual journey with ioki Hamburg and get closer to your destination - comfortably, quickly and
safe. In cooperation with the Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH (VHH), ioki offers this demand responsive transport service, integrated in the HVV fare system.
Download the ioki Hamburg App to be connected with services operated in four different areas in the Hamburg Region:
Hamburg boroughs:
- Lurup/Osdorf (24/7 service)
- Billbrook (24/7 service)
Stormarn district areas:
- Brunsbek / Trittau region (Mon-Sun 5:15 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- City of Ahrensburg (Mon-Fri 4:30 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.; Sat 5:15 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.)
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
Simply present your HVV-ticket to the driver and pay just 1 € surcharge per ride, per person.
If you do not have a valid HVV ticket, you can buy one before starting your journey, at www.hvv.de. The surcharge can be paid within the ioki Hamburg app, by connecting your
credit card or pay with purchased service credits.
Important: HVV tickets purchased within the ioki Hamburg app do not entitle to continue with other HVV means of transport.
And this is how it works:
ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADRESS
Your ioki App will immediately show you which vehicle will pick you up and where exactly your ride can start. This can either be your exact starting address or you may be
directed to the nearest virtual ioki stop. Now your ride can start. If your destination is within the same ioki service area, your will be taken there, either directly, or to
the closest ioki stop. If your destination is outside the ioki service area, your ride will connect perfectly with other means of transport in the HVV Network.
However, be sure, ioki will always find the fastest way for you!
In Billbrook ioki on-demand services are available 24/7 to connect you with 37 stops between Billwerder-Moorfleet and Blaue Brücke.
BOOK AND PAY YOUR RIDE
As soon as you have been offered a suitable shuttle for your request, you can book your trip. Pay the surcharge directly with your ioki app by linking it with your credit card
or purchased service credits. Your ioki app enables you to follow your vehicle on its approach to pick you up!!
SHARE YOUR RIDE
During your ride, your driver may collect additional passengers, who have a similar destination. By pooling rides, ioki can handle several travel requests at once, optimizing
service and resources. A better share for environment and less traffic.
RATE YOUR RIDE
Once you have arrived, ioki would be happy to receive your feedback and know if you´ve been satisfied. To improve your ioki service, please rate your ride. Finally, your ioki
app will navigate you to your exact destination, if necessary
PRICE
The demand responsive transport service is integrated into HVV network fares. Only 1€ surcharge per person and ride will apply.
