Über die ava App können Daten rund um die geleisteten Assistenzstunden einfach und mobil aufgezeichnet und verwaltet werden – sowohl von Assistentinnen und
Assistenten als auch von Assistenznehmenden.
Folgende Funktionen stehen zur Verfügung:
- Verwaltung der Termine
- Aufzeichnung der geleisteten Assistenzzeit
- Dokumentation der An- und Abfahrtszeit
- Dokumentation gefahrene Kilometer
- Dokumentation der Assistenztätigkeiten
- Unterschreiben bzw. Gegenzeichnen der gemachten Angaben direkt am Smartphone
- Dokumentation und sichere Speicherung aller Daten in der ava Datenbank
- Ständige Verfügbarkeit aller Daten


Via the ava app, data relating to the hours of assistance can be recorded and managed easily and on the move - by both assistants and assistants.
The following functions are available:
- Management of appointments
- Record of the assistants' time
- Documentation of arrival and departure times
- Kilometers driven
- Documentation of assistance activities
- Signing or countersigning the information provided directly on the smartphone
