• NOTICES: Notices sent by liquidators or administrators, residents will receive notifications in real time on the Protec app. No more papers stuck to the elevator or informal
whatsapp groups.
• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecue grills, party room ...) through the Protec app. No more calling the concierge or superintendent to check
the space agenda.
• CORRESPONDENCES: Looking forward to the delivery of your upcoming order? Porters take pictures of the packages and the resident receives a QRCode to pick it up at the
concierge. No more notebooks with letters that nobody understands.
• BILLS: Receive the condominium fee through the app and with 1 click copy the bar code to pay on your Internet Banking. Won? No problem: manage the 2nd copy and pay on time! No
